We are seeking a Finance & Office Manager to join our well-established charity.

This role is diverse, and we need someone who has a high level of financial experience, preferably in the charity sector.

As well as running our payroll they will oversee our day-to-day book-keeping requirements. Experience of QuickBooks or other accounting software is essential. Other aspects of the role include data management, processing bookings and supporting the Senior Leadership Team as needed. The ability to be self-motivated, prioritise tasks and be flexible is important.

The Finance & Office Manager will be based in our Totnes office and be expected to work 20 hours a week, flexibly over 3-5 days for 39 weeks of the year during term time. The contract starts on 1st September 2022, but the successful candidate is expected to work 10-15 hours per week for 3-4 weeks in July 2022 for induction and handover. The office team is small and there will be some lone working involved in this post.
