An Amazing Year
29th September 2017

Looking back over the last academic year we are really pleased with CAP UK’s development.

The Big Lottery funding that we received back in September 2015 has allowed us to build our teams and reach so many more school communities with our important training.

During academic year 2016-17 CAP has worked with 62 schools in the South West.

11, 979 children attended our empowering workshops and 863 adults were trained by our teams to understand how to prevent child abuse.

Year 6 Child- June 2017- “I learnt that being safe is more important than you think.”

A parent found CAP training gave them: “ more of an understanding how to talk to my son about this difficult subject.”

Here at CAP UK, we are so proud to be building safer communities across the South West- helping children to grow up to be Safe Strong and Free!
